Graffiti (singular: graffito; the plural is used as a mass noun) is the name for images or lettering scratched, scrawled, painted or marked in any manner on property. Graffiti is often regarded by others as unsightly damage or unwanted vandalism though by some as a form of modern art.
This gallery contains photographs taken in Spain, Italy and Mexico - whether they are art or not is for the viewer to decide. There was no particular criteria used when deciding which graffitti to photograph and which to ignore - I simply photographed those that I found interesting for some reason or another; whether it was an insult to the Spanish flag or a colourful mural or a mathematical formula.
I will add more images as and when I come across interesting graffitti in the future.
